Ingredients for 4 parts
- 2 eggs allergen !
- 6 table s. breadcrumbs allergen !
- 3 table s. flour allergen !
- 200 g. feta allergen !
- 100 ml. sunflower oil
Instructions
- Cut the feta into eight large pieces of the same size and season lightly with pepper.
- Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them. Place the flour and breadcrumbs in two deep plates.
- Roll the feta pieces in the flour, egg and then breadcrumbs.
- Heat the pan and bring the oil to temperature then put the breaded feta pieces in the pan and brown on all sides.
