Ingredients for 6 parts
- 1 g. sea salt
- 2 garlics
- 1 tea s. cumin powder
- 1 shallot
- 60 ml. olive oil
- 1 g. black pepper
- 600 g. eggplants
- 0.50 tea s. paprika
- 20 ml. lemon juice
Instructions
- Peel and cut the eggplants into pieces and set aside.
- Peel the garlic cloves then the shallot and mix them.
- Add the olive oil, cumin, curry, paprika.
- Cook over high heat for 6 min.
- At the end of cooking, add the eggplants and lemon juice.
- Salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for 35 min.
