Steps

  1. Cut the butter into 1 cm cubes. Place all ingredients in the refrigerator.
  2. Mix the flour, cold butter cubes and salt in the bowl. Pour in the water and mix until completely absorbed.
  3. Place the mixture on a floured work surface and roll out with a rolling pin. Fold the top and bottom of the dough towards the middle and repeat the operation 2 to 3 times. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
