Traditional croque monsieur

We no longer present the croque monsieur, easy and delicious, it can be enjoyed in all seasons.

Ingredients for 1 part


  • Preheat the oven to 240°C.
  • Mix in a bowl: cream, parmesan, and half of the grated cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Butter the slices of sandwich bread and the baking dish.
  • Place the slice in the dish then a slice of ham and the grated cheese.
  • Close with the second slice of bread buttered side down on the ham and cover with the mixture.
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 240°C.
