Ingredients for 4 parts
- 2 c. à s. sugar
- 1 c. à c. sea salt
- 1 cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 50 ml. soya sauce
- 200 g. salmon filets
- 300 g. sushi rice
- 50 ml. rice vinegar
- 200 g. fresh tuna
- 4 nori sheets
- 1 c. à s. wasabi
- 50 g. pickled ginger
Steps
- Rinse the sushi rice until the water runs clear. Cook the rice in a saucepan with water according to the package instructions.
- In a small bowl, mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Fold this mixture into the cooked rice and let it cool.
- Slice the salmon, tuna, avocado, and cucumber into thin strips.
- Place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a 2 cm border.
- Place strips of salmon, tuna, avocado, and cucumber in the center of the rice. Roll gently using the sushi mat.
- Cut the roll into 2 cm thick slices using a sharp knife.
- Serve the sushi with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
