Steps

  1. Dice the chicken breast. Slice the onion, carrot, and celery. Grate or finely chop the ginger.
  2. In a saucepan, mix the chicken broth, water, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add the chicken, onion, carrot, celery, and ginger. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Add the noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
