Ingredients for 2 parts
- 0.5 c. à c. sea salt
- 200 g. chicken breasts
- 500 ml. water
- 0.5 onion
- 1 c. à s. parsley
- 0.25 c. à c. black pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery
- 1 chicken broth
- 100 g. chinese noodles
- 1 c. à s. ginger
Steps
- Dice the chicken breast. Slice the onion, carrot, and celery. Grate or finely chop the ginger.
- In a saucepan, mix the chicken broth, water, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Add the chicken, onion, carrot, celery, and ginger. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add the noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
