Affinata, blueberry liqueur

With its high content of tannins, organic acids and minerals, blueberries are useful against digestive problems. Here is a traditional Romanian recipe to make the famous "Afinata".

1 sauce pan 1 strainer 1 glass bottle 1l

Ingredients for 20 parts


  • Mix the blueberries with the sugar and leave to marinate for two weeks in a cool place
  • Add the alcohol and leave to macerate for one week.
  • Strain off the liquid, keeping a handful of blueberries
  • Add the syrup and taste.
