Ingrédients — 8 parts

sugar 35 g.
sea salt 1.5 g.
water 100 g.
baking powder 1.5 g.
honey 35 g.
walnuts 66 g.
oatmeal 175 g.
hazelnut 35 g.

Préparation

Mix the nuts roughly.

Mix with all the ingredients.

Pour into the cake mold and bake at 170°c for 20 min.

Leave to cool in the oven (drying) and remove from the mold into 8 bars.

Wrap in baking paper and store in a cool, dry place away from light.
