Ingredients for 4 parts
- 2 g. poivre noir
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lemon
- 20 g. mint
- 30 g. olive oil
- 0.50 onion
- 20 g. parsley
- 2 g. sea salt
- 250 g. semolina allergen !
- 3 tomatoes
Instructions
- Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into small cubes.
- In the dish, pour the semolina and the diced vegetables.
- Chop the mint leaves and parsley then add the sliced red onions, salt and pepper.
- Pour the lemon juice and olive oil into the dish.
- Mix, cover and leave to swell for at least 30 minutes or even 1 night.
