1 pasta sheeter 1 mixing bowl
Ingredients for 1 part
- 50 ml. water
- 65 g. buckwheat flour
- 20 g. soft / patent flour allergen !
Instructions
- Mix the two flours then the iced water.
- Knead the dough for 2 minutes until it becomes smooth.
- Leave to rest for 15 minutes covered.
- Make spaghetti.
- Leave to dry and cook in boiling salted water for 2 minutes.
