  1. Cut the chicken breasts into strips. In a bowl, mix the chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for at least one hour.
  2. In a second bowl, mix the carrots, salt, sugar, and vinegar. Cover and let it rest in the fridge for at least one hour.
  3. In a third bowl, mix the mayonnaise, pepper, spicy sauce, and lime juice. Cover and let it rest in the fridge for at least one hour.
  4. Grill the chicken over low heat in a pan for 2-3 minutes on each side, then let it rest.
  5. Spread mayonnaise on both halves of the bread. Cover the other half with cucumber, marinated carrots, and sprinkle with coriander.
  6. Place the chicken pieces on the vegetables and herbs. Close the sandwich with the other half of the baguette, cut into four and serve.
