A simple and quick recipe for a moist and tasty salmon. Cooking in parchment paper preserves all the aromas and the creamy sauce made with olive oil, lemon and balsamic vinegar goes perfectly with the salmon.

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
  3. Finely chop the onion.
  4. Cut 4 sheets of parchment paper. Place the salmon steaks on each.
  5. Cover the salmon steaks with heavy cream, chopped onion and sauce. Add a sprig of thyme per papillote.
  6. Close the papillotes.
  7. Place the papillotes in a dish and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
