Traditional Tartiflette from Savoy



Tartiflette is a tasty and comforting dish from the Savoies, made with potatoes, cheese, bacon and onions.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 160° C (th. 5/6).
  • Cook the potatoes in a saucepan boiling water or in a casserole dish.
  • Peel and slice the onions. Cut it sliced ​​reblochon, without removing the skin.
  • In a pan, brown the bacon and onions
  • Then drain the potatoes, peel them then cut them into slices.
  • In a baking dish, place half reblochon. Cover with the potatoes, • onion, bacon and white wine. Season, then finish with the other half of the reblochon, crust side up.
  • Bake for 20 minutes
  • Serve hot, it’s ready!
