Upgraded homemade Nutella
Nutella is the taste of our childhood, on toast. pancakes, what a joy to eat them. This recipe maintains the original proportions but without palm oil and soy lecithin.

Ingredients for 25 parts
- Toast the hazelnuts in a pan for a few minutes, shaking them from time to time.
- When they are golden, mix them without heating them too much, until you obtain a paste.
- Add the sugar and mix again.
- Transfer to a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix with the spatula.
- Reserve in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
