Ingredients for 25 parts


  • Toast the hazelnuts in a pan for a few minutes, shaking them from time to time.
  • When they are golden, mix them without heating them too much, until you obtain a paste.
  • Add the sugar and mix again.
  • Transfer to a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix with the spatula.
