  1. Prepare the rice: cook the round rice in a saucepan according to package instructions. In a bowl, mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Add this mixture to the cooked rice and mix gently.
  2. Cut the avocado and cucumber into thin strips.
  3. On a sushi mat, spread a sheet of nori. Cover with vinegared rice, leaving a small margin at the top.
  4. Arrange the avocado strips, cucumber strips, and crab meat on the rice.
  5. Roll firmly using the sushi mat. Cut the rolls into slices.
  6. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
