Today we are going to prepare 8 homemade cereal bars made from oats, nuts, hazelnut oil and honey. The bars will have a standard size (40g) but much better taste and nutritional qualities.

Utensils
1 blender 1 mixing bowl 1 cake mold 1 oven
Ingredients for 8 parts
- 35 g. sugar
- 1.5 g. sea salt
- 100 g. water
- 1.5 g. baking powder
- 35 g. honey

66 g. walnuts
allergen ! - 175 g. oatmeal

35 g. hazelnut allergen !
Instructions
- Mix the nuts roughly.
- Mix with all the ingredients.
- Pour into the cake mold and bake at 170°c for 20 min.
- Leave to cool in the oven (drying) and remove from the mold into 8 bars.
- Wrap in baking paper and store in a cool, dry place away from light.
