Ingredients for 1 part


  • Clean all the vegetables in cold water.
  • Cut the tomatoes into quarters, removing the stem. Place them in the dish and salt them well to disgorge them.
  • Peel the cucumber and cut it into 1/2 cm slices.
  • Chop the onion.
  • Add the olives and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
