Ingredients for 2 parts
- 300 g. chicken breasts
- 0.5 cucumber
- 1 c. à s. sunflower oil
- 0.5 carrot
- 1 c. à s. honey
- 2 c. à s. soya sauce
- 1 c. à s. coriander leaf
- 4 c. à s. satay sauce
- 100 g. salad
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, and sunflower oil.
- Cut the chicken breasts into strips and add them to the marinade. Let marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Heat a pan and cook the marinated chicken for 5 to 10 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
- Prepare the salad: wash and cut the cucumber and carrot into thin slices.
- In another bowl, mix the green salad, cucumber, and carrot.
- Serve the chicken satay on the salad, drizzle with satay sauce, and garnish with fresh coriander.
