Easy black cherry clafoutis

Ingredients for 8 parts


  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a salad bowl, break the eggs and add 200 g of sugar. Using a whisk, work the mixture until it becomes foamy.
  • Boil the milk with the split vanilla pod. Then add the flour to the mixture, then the hot milk.
  • Butter a baking dish and place the cherries, well washed and hulled, on the bottom. Carefully pour the mixture over, taking care not to scatter the fruit.
  • Put halfway into the oven and cook for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the rest of the sugar out of the oven.
