Ingredients for 4 parts
- 0.25 c. à c. sea salt
- 500 g. chicken breasts
- 1 onion
- 2 garlics
- 2 c. à s. basilic
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 c. à s. sunflower oil
- 400 ml. coconut milk
- 1 c. à s. soya sauce
- 1 c. à s. ginger
- 2 c. à s. green curry paste
Steps
- Dice the chicken breast. Slice the onion and peppers. Mince the garlic and ginger.
- In a pan, heat the sunflower oil and sauté the chicken until it is browned.
- Add the onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the green curry paste and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the coconut milk and soy sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add the peppers and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the fresh basil and mix. Serve hot with rice.
