Ingredients for 4 parts
- 3 tomatoes
- 0.5 c. à c. sea salt
- 1 onion
- 2 garlics
- 1 c. à c. cumin powder
- 0.5 c. à c. chili powder
- 3 c. à s. olive oil
- 0.25 c. à c. black pepper
- 2 poivrons
- 2 eggplants
- 500 g. boneless lamb
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the lamb into cubes. Slice the onion and mince the garlic. Cut the eggplants, tomatoes, and peppers into pieces.
- In a gratin dish, mix the lamb, eggplants, tomatoes, peppers, onion, and garlic.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until the meat is tender and the vegetables are cooked.
