Ingredients for 1 part
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. à c. butter
- 630 mg. sea salt
- 1 c. à c. parsley
- 630 mg. black pepper
Steps
- Break 2 eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, then mix well.
- Heat a pan with a knob of butter.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and do not stir until everything is cooked.
- Fold the omelette in half and serve with parsley.
