Steps

  1. Prepare three bowls: the first with flour, the second with the beaten egg, and the third with the breadcrumbs mixed with linseed and sesame seeds.
  2. Take a small amount of fresh goat cheese and shape it into small, round balls. Coat them in flour, dip them in the egg, and then in the breadcrumb mixture with seeds.
  3. Place the coated balls on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat the oil in a sauté pan, then carefully place the breaded croquettes one by one to avoid burning.
  5. Once golden, drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve hot, with a drizzle of honey or accompanied by coppa.
