Ingredients for 4 parts
- 1 egg
- 50 g. breadcrumbs
- 50 g. flour
- 500 ml. frying oil
- 20 g. sesame seeds
- 100 g. fresh goat cheese
- 20 g. sunflower seeds
Steps
- Prepare three bowls: the first with flour, the second with the beaten egg, and the third with the breadcrumbs mixed with linseed and sesame seeds.
- Take a small amount of fresh goat cheese and shape it into small, round balls. Coat them in flour, dip them in the egg, and then in the breadcrumb mixture with seeds.
- Place the coated balls on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a sauté pan, then carefully place the breaded croquettes one by one to avoid burning.
- Once golden, drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot, with a drizzle of honey or accompanied by coppa.
