Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
- Mix all the ingredients one by one in the following order: yeast, yogurt, oil, sugar, flour, egg and zest.
- Butter the mold and pour the dough into it.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Check cooking with the tip of a knife (it should come out dry).
